Chevy and Sunsets

It wasn’t my intention to post a ton of car pics as I wanted this blog to be samples of all kinds to better reflect the learning experience. However, when a picturesque sunset presents itself in a quaint costal town with a beautiful baby blue classic Chevy convertible sitting in its golden rays… only a fool would say no. The conditions were nearly perfect and I didn’t need to do much tweaking to get the best out of my images. Although, I was testing out the Brightin 28mm manual focus lens at the time and had trouble finding the focus; I got lucky with a couple. I brought up the exposure and the shadows a bit to bring out the chrome and reduce some of the haze to bring out more of the color of the blue from the sunset and sky. I did add a little yellow and warm to my photos as I feel that more actually portrays the warm of the conditions that day.
